CONSULTING: SAS Help

Statistics.com offers online SAS help by the hour, at $59/hour. There is an initial minimum of one hour, thereafter time can be purchased in increments of 1/2 hour. Here's how it works:

1. Purchase one or more hours of SAS help, by clicking "proceed" below.
2. You will be directed to a payment page where you submit credit card information for the initial minimum purchase.
3. Submit your question(s) via the email address specified; you can email attachments if needed. In your email, you may also authorize additional time beyond the initial hour, if desired.
4. Our consultants will work on your question and provide a response within 2 business days, staying within the time limit you have authorized.
5. Your card will be billed for the amount of time authorized, or less if the question requires less time.
6. If further work is required, you can authorize additional time in your email conversation with the consultant.
7. If the consultants determine that they cannot provide useful work on your problem, your initial fee will be refunded in its entirety.
