Certificates of Course Completion
Individual Course Completion Certificates: Upon request, statistics.com will issue a "certificate of course completion" to those participating in and completing a course. Generally, this means participating by posting questions and completing assignments (judgments as to whether a student's work is adequate are within the discretion of the course administrators and instructor). CEU's are granted in accord with the length of the course -- a 4-week course at 5 CEU's and a 3-week course at 3.75 CEU's (CEU's are defined in accordance with the citation of the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training).
For students taking courses as part of a Professional Advancement Program, assignments will be graded to determine mastery of the subject. For students taking individual courses, not as part of a program, assignments are not graded but are assessed to determine whether a student has participated in, and done the work for, a course.
Requests for certificates should be made to the course administrator (courses@statistics.com) after you complete the course evaluation in the lessons section of your course (The course evaluation becomes available towards the end of each course).
