WITHDRAWAL/TRANSFER

Statistics.com has a flexible policy that recognizes circumstances may arise to prevent you from taking a course as planned. The drop date for withdrawal or transfer from a course is 5pm US eastern time on Friday after the course starts (i.e. one week into the course). Withdrawal or transfer is not permitted after the drop date.

Withdrawal From a Course:

You can withdraw from a course any time prior to the drop date and recieve a 50% refund. No refunds are available after the drop date. (If you withdraw prior to the start of the course, you will receive a full refund less a $25 processing charge.)

Transferring to Another Course:

You can transfer your registration to another course prior to the drop date for a $99 fee. (If you transfer prior to the start of the course, the fee is only $25.)

Course Cancellation:

Statistics.com does not cancel a course due to low enrollment.
