UNISTAT is a comprehensive statistical package that can also work as an Excel add-in. UNISTAT brings together powerful data handling facilities, presentation quality scientific graphics and a wide range of statistical procedures; including parametric and nonparametric statistics, linear, nonlinear and logistic regressions, ANOVA, GLM, multivariate, time series, quality control, reliability, survival analyses. Output can be sent directly to MS Word or to HTML browsers in table format and external databases opened via ODBC and SQL. UNISTAT improves efficiency significantly in importing of data and compilation of presentation quality reports.

New in version 5.5: We are also proud to introduce a new optional module, Statistical Analysis of Bioassays. This is probably the most comprehensive implementation of the subject in any statistical package. It is based on Finney, D J (1978), Biostatistical Method in Biological Assay, and also provides a complete implementation of the specification given in European Pharmacopoeia (1997). Potency can be calculated employing parallel line, slope ratio and quantal response methods, complete with confidence intervals, validity tests and graphical representations. Effective Dose (ED50) and its confidence intervals can be determined using probit and logit models.
